Buttercream Decoration Class

Kelas Buttercream Decoration di Bakeria. This time, student kene hias 2 kek dan sedozen cupcake, satu kek dengan hiasan bunga buttercream n satu lagi dengan image printed ( yang boleh dimakan) dan deco cupcake ( gaya bebas :D ).

Strawberry Mousse Cake

Strawberry Mousse Cake tempahan dari my fren + regular customer - cik yati. Tempahan ni katanya untuk abangnya yang teringin nak makan kek strawberi. So, saya cadangkan pada yati untuk buatkan kek mousse supaya lebih terasa lemak strawberinya.
